There are two routes to complete the Everest Three Passes Trek.

Both the counterclockwise, and clockwise directions are popular for the trek. However, each of them have both sides of the coin.

Challenges of Everest Three Pass Trek-Clockwise Route

Crossing the Kongma La is especially tough and Steeper climbs from the Dingboche side. Due to quick gain in height, there is a higher chances of suffering from altitude sickness. Crossing the Cho La glacier is more challenging from the clockwise direction.
